Promising review: "I used this mosquito net on a three-night backpacking trip camping near lakes with a never-ending supply of mosquitoes. This net worked beautifully and I didn't get a single mosquito bite all night long, but the other five people in my party either had trouble sleeping or woke up with countless bites on the hands and face.
It's very easy to set up and packs away quickly into the stuff sack. I used four lightweight stakes to stretch and hold the corners taught, and the supplied cordage to hang it from a tree branch. I found the best way to get in and out of the net was to keep one of the stakes near the head of my bag relatively loose in the ground. This way I could easily pull up a stake to loosen the net, exit or enter, and then lightly re-stake the corner in order to keep the net tight.
The only trouble is finding a tree, shrub, stick, etc., to hang the net from that is also near flat ground. I suggest finding some flat ground near a suitable hanging spot and laying down on your pad first to make sure you will be comfortable before rigging up the net.
All in all it worked very well, pair it with a tarp, pad, and nice bag, and you will get a great night's sleep on the trail. Bug free!" —EC
