At its Bay Street Bahamas store, Diamonds International is now integrating an interactive console with RFID technology that offers an immersive way for consumers to discover the stunning Safi Kilima Tanzanite collection. Tanzanite is considered a rare beauty and a geological phenomenon, as it is mined from just one location in the world—Tanzania, Africa.

To show off the impressive beauty of tanzanite, which is 1,000 times rarer than a diamond, Diamonds International is using RFID technology to give consumers the chance to interact with a 3D model of Mount Kilimanjaro, learn Safi Kilima Tanzanite's brand name in Swahili, which means "Pure Mountain" and explore images of the precious loose stones, seasonal collections and advertising campaigns.
