Vogue promises diversity and delivers Karlie Kloss as a geisha instead

A "diversity issue" of a magazine definitely should not provide more examples of the diverse ways the media can completely let down the people fighting for representation. 

Vogue's latest gives themselves a pat on the back for a cover featuring a few models that don't look like Kendall Jenner alongside Kendall Jenner. But it's a different story once you start turning the pages and see supermodel Karlie Kloss — who is certainly not Japanese — get a full spread playing a Geisha.
