Bash is coming to Windows - Microsoft? - Canonical?

Ok it's time to bring developers to Windows platform, how we can do that?
- They are already on Linux and Mac. can we figure out what is important to them?
- Bash!!!
Ok there are lot of solutions on windows for this like Cygwin, but developers are clever and they don't like emulation, also every linux native app should be rebuild from source to start it on Windows. Nowadays it looks different than in past, Microsoft partnered with Canonical and made "windows subsystem for linux", so now we can use power of bash directly in Windows... omg... is this end of the world?
