Bash is coming to Windows - Microsoft? - Canonical?

Ok it's time to bring developers to Windows platform, how we can do that?
- They are already on Linux and Mac. can we figure out what is important to them?
- Bash!!!
Ok there are lot of solutions on windows for this like Cygwin, but developers are clever and they don't like emulation, also every linux native app should be rebuild from source to start it on Windows. Nowadays it looks different than in past, Microsoft partnered with Canonical and made "windows subsystem for linux", so now we can use power of bash directly in Windows... omg... is this end of the world?
- for more info watch video presentation from Microsoft - Bash on windows !

Twitter is going to change 140 chars limit to 164?

We simply can't see benefit of this. On some blogs I have found info that links and media will not count anymore and there will be amazing 24 chars more to each tweet. This change looks like 'we are bored, and we have nothing to do, but reinventing the weel. Dear Twitter this is comlpletely pointless!!!

Google will block Flash on most sites for Chrome users

Google aims to make HTML5 the primary experience in Chrome by the fourth quarter of this year. Last year they kicked out Java, looks like that Flash is next.

Under the plan revealed by Google, called “HTML5 by Default,” the Chrome browser will continue to ship with Adobe’s Flash Player, but its presence will not be advertised by default.

Ok Google!
