If you’re looking to buy one of the new Moto Z Droid edition devices on Verizon soon, you have another perk to entice you. The product page touting the advanced cameras that the Moto Z and the superior Moto Z Force have also mention free Google Photos storage.
Google Photos allows you to store unlimited photos for free, as long as you let Google resize and compress them. But original size photo storage is limited. Buying a Moto Z Droid edition gets you two years of free original size photo storage.
The deal has to be redeemed by March 31, 2017, and the two-year period will begin after your first photo upload. It’s definitely a great free perk, though after two years you’ll be tempted to start paying for more storage.
